Busy Week

Hi! It's Benjamin. I'm filling the blog in for Jordan today. It has been a VERY busy week!!!
Here are some pics of what we have been doing.
We are enjoying a wide variety of sunflowers this year.
Maelee loved riding on the lawn mower.

We have been working very hard on our flower beds now that all the dirt moving is completed.

Below are some pics I took when I helped Jordan at work.
In case you didn't know. She is the "Manager of Packaging and Shipping" for our pastor's world wide media ministry. You can visit his web site at http://www.solvefamilyproblems.com/

I helped her with inventory: restocking shelves, counting DVDs, etc...

There is a ton of them. :}
Please pray for Bible Clubs - LORD willing we will be doing three each day. We are praising the LORD that 7 kids got saved last week, including two Mormon boys.
Have a blessed Sunday!!!

5 Day Club Report

Hi all! Thanks for all your prayers this week! We had a GREAT Club! We were NOT expecting that much in the town we did it in but we had over 10 kids each day! Prasie the Lord for the work He did. We had 28 kids come over the whole week but not all at once. 5 kids got saved and we gave two kids assurance! Next week we are doing two clubs back to back so please pray for strength and enthusaism on our part. Hope you all have a TERRIFIC weekend!

Benjamin's Drama

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! We had 6 kids trust the Lord as their Savior last week at 5 Day Clubs! Praise to the Lord! This week we are doing it in another small town the opposite direction and the Lord sent 16 children and 3 moms! We were so encouraged. Please keep us in your prayers, none got saved but the Holy Spirit is working.
Here is a typical Benjamin entertainment for you! He is such a nut and ALWAYS keeps us laughing. The Lord has given him a joyful spirit finding the positive in any situation. We tried to put these in slide show form but couldn't figure it out so maybe if you scroll back and forth quickly you can get the full "emotion" of the whole event. (Unfortunately we can't record the sound effects that go with it.) ;D Enjoy!

Poor thing! It took him a week to get over it! :D

For Caleb: Maelee

Well, Caleb this is for you! Maelee is really missing you! (I'm sure this fills your little heart with joy! ;) She does it a lot cuter when not on camera so this is as good of one as we could get! Hope you enjoy!

For those of you who don't know, Maelee (pronounced "May-Lee"), is our almost 1 1/2 year old that we take care of. We think she's one of the cutest babies ever to walk the face of the earth but we're kind of partial. ;>

Sorry I think I got the videos out of order... One is where she's singing patty-cake and the other is of her missing Caleb. Enjoy!

5 Day Club Report

Today was our last day of club at Brainards Landing because they are closed tomorrow. By the grace of God we had a total of 7 saved at this weeks club! Which is sooooo encouraging compared to the last two weeks. Next week we are planning to do one in a town close to ours. So if you all could pray that the Lord will open the hearts of the children there and that He will give them a desire to come next week. We'll start canvasing tomorrow. Please also be in prayer that the kids that got saved this week would start coming to church and that their families would get saved as well. Thanks to all of you who have been praying for us. You all have a part of this too. :)

Happy Birthday Gramps!

Today was our Grandpa's 81st Birthday, and he chose to spend it with us. :>
His outstanding character qualities are... he's a VERY hard worker always busy with a project. He's also very diligent about his work. He is a giver, always thinking of others and never himself. He's of the old school manner wise, always getting the doors for ladies, showing honor and respect to others, he is very selfless and has a tremendous servants heart, etc... He also keeps a close eye on our family giving encouragment and counsel whenever needed. He's a great role model.
He had a cold today, poor thing, so James blew his candles out for him. (Please don't look at the cake. It was the first time I made it and being an ice cream cake it got a little too warm in the making and started to melt. I'm not just being modest!)

If nothing else it tasted REALLY good.

We love you Gramps! May you have many more Birthdays with us!
